IBERSID is held every year in the first week of October, except very rare occasions.
Deadlines
| 1 April | Deadline for submitting the full paper (see instructions) |
| 30 May | Notification of paper acceptance (first stage) or request for changes |
| 20 June | Notification of paper acceptance (second stage) |
| 1 July | Provisional publication of the programme |
| 2 July | Opening of registration |
| 31 July | Deadline for first registration period (reduced fess) |
| 1 September | Deadline for submission of the presentations and other documents to be posted on the web site for the registered participants. |
| 25 September | Deadline for second registration period (express fees) (**) |
| 27 September | Publication of the final version of the programme |
(**) It is not possible to issue invoices after 25 September.
