Congress dates
IBERSID is held every year in the first week of October, except very rare occasions.
Deadlines
| 1 April | Deadline for submitting the full paper (see instructions). |
| 30 May | Paper acceptance communication (first phase) or request for changes |
| 10 June | Paper acceptance communication (second phase). |
| 30 June | Deadline for registration (conference fees, see instructions). Authors failing to register will be removed from the programme. |
| 1 July | Final program publication. |
| 1 September | Deadline for sending the PowerPoint presentations and other documents to be included in the web site for the registered participants. |
