Confirmation of registration

Confirmation that the registration process is complete will be done by email as soon as the payment is received.

Certificates and payment receipts

The certificates of attendance and contribution, and the payment receipts will be issued with the rest of the conference documentation.


If you need an invoice and you did not ask for one when registering, please ask for it at the conference help desk, giving your name, invoicing address and your passport or national identification number in case you are the payer, or your organization’s name, address and fiscal number in case they are paying. Please, provide also the address where you want to receive the invoice if different from the one provided. The invoice will be sent after the congress as soon as possible by the university secretariat.


The proceedings will be issued with the congress documentation.
The numbers of Scire or OCSIC containing the elaborated papers of the conference may be also send free of charge to the participants by surface mail. So, it is very important that the address that you provided when registering is your permanent address. Otherwise, please, let us know as soon as posible.
